Private Spa
Spa in Lipa houses & Spa is a separate house, as your private Spa space for relaxation. That means that when you reserve your time slot in Spa – the whole house is just for you.
It is located next to our linden tree and has a parking in front, as well. At the entrance there is a changing room with towels and slippers.
There is a magnificent view from warm sauna and hot tub, and you can choose to relax on sunbeds inside or outside, at the balcony. You can find tea for your full enjoyment, as all other necessities.
Sauna with a view
Warm sauna has a view to enjoy in every season and any part of the day.
Since one side of it is in glass, sauna accommodates four persons – two laying and two sitting.
Essential oils are always available, to fulfil the enjoyment.
Hot tub
Benefits of hot tub with many nozzles are well known and it always pleases.
The view from the hot tub is the same as from sauna, but in addition, when warm outside, balcony doors can be fully open creating a feeling of being outside (having mosquito nets).
It has chromotherapy as well, for two people in laying position and one in siting position.
Kitchenette
And what is a self care without tea, or maybe wine and champaign? Of course, there is a spring water, too.
You may enjoy your drink in rest area in the kitchen or on sunbeds ( inside or at the balcony) but also in a jacuzzi.
Rest space
It is nice to take a break from sauna and hot tub on sunbeds with a view – whether inside or outside, or mix – with fully open doors to balcony, when warm. Enjoy the silence or smooth music.
The big balcony is one more place to rest, where you can also sunbath, with a downhill view and our proud linden tree.
Additional premises
Less important but necessary parts of Spa, for full comfort.
You can come to Spa without preparation, because there is changing room with towels and slippers.
A shower space for before/after sauna and jacuzzi, no matter if you use cold or hot water.
Nicely decorated bathroom, with all necessities, and more.
Parking
Although Lipa Spa is on the same plot as Lipa houses and you can take a walk from the houses (right after linden tree), there is also a parking in front of Spa, with video surveillance.

Please, take care of Lipa houses & Spa as it was yours – and feel as it is your Spa.
Reserve your time slot on time
Maximum number of person per time slot is 5
Loud gatherings and parties are not allowed
Smoking is not allowed
Do not pour anything in jacuzzi – all needed is there
With precautions – do not stay too long in warm jacuzzi or sauna
Children below 14 years old are not allowed
