Lipa Houses
Lipa Houses offer relaxation in the nature from modern, cozy, and clean accommodation, in one or more houses / chalets.
Each house has tiles accompanied with floor heating, air condition and independent high speed internet. There are no big differences between the houses, and each one is given equal attention to comfort and cleanliness.
A plot of 1ha is fenced and the gate is locked, offering all security to the quests. It is located on a large slope, and from all the houses there is a wonderful view, both during the day and at night.
Each house has 70m² on one level, and consists of
Living room
The whole area is very bright, offering great views and access to the balcony. Consists of sofa set and folding sofa.
Kitchen & Dining area
Modernly equipped, as part of the living-dining area, there is a kitchen that has everything needed for a peaceful vacation ( dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, built – in hob, aspirator, fridge, etc.)
Two bedrooms
Both bedrooms have separate entrances from the living room. In one bedroom there is a queen bed while the second bedroom consists of two single beds. Both rooms have blinds and a closet.
Balcony
The large covered terrace has comfortable seating to enjoy the view.
Bathroom
The clean and comfortable bathroom has a shower cabin, a towel warmer and a separate water heater.
Houses surrounding
Each house has its own separate parking lot. The big plot is fenced, gate closed with video surveillance. Big, old linden tree (lipa) makes perfect shade, and there are benches and barbecue area, always available to guests.
